Ganga Ram Chaudhary is the Chief Minister of a state and gets jailed for his involvement in a scam. He appoints his wife as his interim while he makes himself comfortable in jail with many amenities given to him. A stern and strict police officer comes as a superintendent and starts treating him like a prisoner. He enrols himself in the 10th grade and soon he learns the true value of education.
