The story revolves around Yuji Itadori, a school going teenager. Everything changes when Yuji decides to become part of his school's Occult Club. He soon discovers the members of the Occult Club are sorcerers. Yuji upon hearing certain evil plans swallows a finger of the demon Sakuna. As a result, Yuji's body becomes the host of Sakuna's soul and then he goes on a journey to fight the demon and its sinister plans.
