A local barber becomes the single voter in the local village after his voter card arrives with the name of Mandela. The two political factions arrive to lure Mandela to vote for them. They do everything as he says. But on the result day, they both warn him to vote for their own parties. Mandela is terrified after both factions decide to kill him after the elections. It is a funny story with twisted humour and a true telling of dirty politics.
