Nightbooks is a fantasy film based on a young boy named Alex. He is obsessed with horror stories and as a result of that, he is taken away by a witch. The evil witch takes Alex to her New York-based apartment. He then meets Yazmin who is a servant of the witch. Both plan to escape from the apartment before the witch strikes her plan to kill them.
