Ram Singh Charlie as the name suggests, plays the role of Charlie in a circus. He entertains people in the circus and earns his livelihood. But the due to some circumstances the circus is shut down and Charlie loses his livelihood. He begins to drive a rickshaw but he never feels full of life. Ram Singh's wife advises him to do what he loves to do and start the circus. He then decides to quit driving the rickshaw and indulges to start the circus. But will everything go smoothly?
