Well, there's falling in love and then there’s setting people up, the latter being slightly manipulative when it's done without their knowledge and this movie has them both. Harper and Charlie, who work as assistants for two different companies in the same building, decide to make their bosses fall in love with each other to make them less miserable, thereby making Harper and Charlie’s life easier. Sounds silly right? but surprisingly this workplace “parent-trap”(or boss-trap?) falls exactly into place.
