Flo and her daughter Cristina move to America in order to get better opportunities. Flo is reluctant to learn English as she wants her Latin roots to stay intact and tries to inculcate her values in her daughter’s life as well. But when she gets a job as a house help in a successful chef’s house with five family members, things take a drastic turn when she develops romantic feelings for the chef and also starts learning English. Though the movie slogs a little in the middle, still it can be watched for some of its heartwarming moments.
