Set in the 1980s in a rural town named Hawkins and the first scene shows the vanishing of a young boy into thin air and his search by his mother and friends. A series of bizarre incidents start happening around the town and also a girl named Eleven who possess psychokinetic powers helps the missing boy’s friend in unravelling the mystery. The first season has one of the best sci-fi episodes ever created and though the content might feel repetitive in the next season, this show is still a must-watch.
