Perhaps one of the greatest movies ever made, Hitchcock casts an alluring spell on the audience that is on the edge of their seats throughout. A retired police officer with a fear of heights gets a case as a private investigator by a friend in order to give information about his wife’s absurd behaviour. Scottie the detective follows her and becomes enamoured by her beauty and the movie gets further intense when she commits suicide.
