Bisaat is based on the book Anti-Social written by Piyush Jha. Dr Kiyana Verma is a young psychiatrist at a top hospital. She is very emotional and helpful about certain problematic elements. One day, Radhika Kapoor arrives and as Kiyana digs deeper, she is told by Radhika that she is in an abusive and uncomfortable relationship with her husband. Kiyana tries to help her out by personally inquiring about Yash Kapoor. Soon Yash is found dead and the blame is on Kiyana.
