As the title suggests, this movie involves a series of events aiming at revenge. The story starts with Naina, a successful businesswoman getting acquitted for the murder of a man, Arjun with whom Naina was involved in an extramarital affair. To prove her innocence, Naina hires a reputed attorney, Badal Gupta who asks her to be completely honest with him and tell him exactly what happened. Through this conversation, certain confidential details are revealed which ultimately leads to an unimaginable climax.
