On Christmas, a beautiful cocker spaniel is gifted by Jim Dear to his wife Darling and they name the new pup as Lady. Lady soon grooms into an elegant and likeable dog and becomes friends with many neighbourhood dogs named Trusty and Jacqueline. Her stark opposite is a homeless Schnauzer-mutt called Tramp as he goes around the street looking for food and shelter. One day he has an encounter with Lady and a sweet love story blossoms.
