Two couples trying to get pregnant approach an IVF clinic where, due to their identical surnames, there is a mix up of sperms which get inseminated into the wrong women. This mishap frequently lands them in awkward yet hilarious situations, wherein the couples do not get along but are still tied to each other because of this blunder. Although this movie uses a humorous approach, it also puts forth an emotional message regarding childbirth and the complications that accompany it.
